Thank you for letting your curiosity lead you here. After all, without curiosity, coaching, and this project, would not exist! As coaches and leaders, we bring our skills, curiosity, and belief in the innate value of all human beings to incarcerated individuals.
With an emphasis on Self-Leadership, we offer experiential workshops that instill learning around the power of conscious choice, awareness and responsibility, listening for what matters, emotional fluency, intentional impact, and basic coaching skills for learning and leading.
